Gratuitous image used only because I like it.
About once a year on my main site I do something that catches one of the editors’ eye. The spike in attention is always appreciated.
And since Violet Blue had my other personal site in her reading list at a time when I wasn’t adding to it at all (my attention being almost wholly here) it balances things out nicely to be in this week’s Sex Blogs Roundup.
Typically enough, thinking to too dull I almost didn’t post the Vulgar Fantasy that found itself quoted.

Mine was about the birds. I didn’t really think it to be a spectacular entry, just thoughts penned. So to speak of course. Yet so many people said such nice things. And she quoted it. It was surreal. It’s funny the things that catch another persons eye isn’t it?

Yeah, there may be an element of arbitrariness in the choice of specific article when she decides that she wants to note a particular weblog.
And you can never anticipate others’ responses to what you write. The soap washing entry was sort of a throwaway for me. It got several comments. Where many of the entries that were the most personally moving for me pass unnoticed.
