Chastity Belts for the Masses
» Chastity
Altar Boy’s pages are the best known BDSM themed chastity pages. But the site has been down for a longish time. Lock Me Up is another old chastity site. There’s a discussion forum, belt exchange and reviews.

Not quite topical…I find that A Slave’s Path is closing. I cannot remember if I found his page through you, or vice versa. (He is not doing so due to censorship…your entry just made me think of it.)
It will be odd not being able to hear about his progress, joys and sorrows.
Back on topic—I am distressed at the number of good sites that have disappeared as the government gets ready to crack down again. There are many excellent sites that new people will never see—and those of us who aren’t new may never have discovered, or have discovered and thought “oh, I will go check that out later.”
Civil liberties is one of the political issues I care the most about. I will refrain from climbing on a soapbox here (or try anyway)—but I hope we all pay close attention to those who would take our freedoms away.

I’m pretty sure you found me via his site.
A pity, I’ve enjoyed no one’s writing about D/s as much as his. I’m not hugely surprised. For as long as I’ve been reading his pages he’s seemed a little disappointed that the BDSM elements of their relationship have diminish over the last couple of years. I’ve sensed that he was beginning to focus on other parts of his life. I hope he’s happy. He deserves to be.
I’ve been very distressed by the attacks on BDSM websites; Attorney General Gonzales has made it clear they are targeted. I went through this site and pulled some Kami Tora and other illustrations hoping to keep myself out of trouble.
I hope that as it did with Meese during the Reagan years it will fade as they find other things to fret about.
