BDSM Toy Storage
» D/s Practices
Call me a sentimental fool but the various devices that Alexandra uses on me are part of our intimate life and I’d rather keep them in a more respectful, attractive manner.
Most of the whips and chains hang on the inside of the living room closet’s door. Canes and similar things that don’t have a loop or ring rest on the fireplace’s mantle. (No visitor has yet to ask about them.) For these I’ve wanted to find a nice looking umbrella stand or holder of similar design.
The bulk of the S&M implements reside in cardboard boxes under the futon. While not a serious issue I’ve never been happy storing them this way. I’d like to do better.
My collars and leash are in an old cigar box. This satisfies my aesthetics but comparable larger boxes would be very expensive. And I’d rather consolidate them.
They aren’t very pretty but I’ve thought about buying one of those huge toolboxes next time Home Depot is selling them at liquidation prices. Ikea makes a multi-drawer chest for children’s toys that looks nice and functional but I don’t have the spare cash.
I’d appreciate hearing how some of you store your BDSM equipment.
