A surreal dish of dream-like S&M kinky fantasy, of special interest to those fetishists who may appreciate bondage, milk baths, spankings or foot worship. It’s a very bizarre web of delights centering around a humble shoe salesman who tends to obsess on Leopold von Sacher-Masoch’s book Venus in Furs, often tuning out the real world and disappearing off into his own. He suddenly becomes involved with a strange woman who leads him to a very real getaway for like-minded perverts, where everyone lets anything and everything all hang out.
Looking at director Joseph Marzano’s other sexploitation work there’s no sign the theme was special to him. Another film, another dollar.

This post reminded me that years ago I stumbled across a site called Something Weird.com.
I just looked and, eureka, it’s still there!
Most of the sexploitation film titles are male dominant, but you will find several female dominant (including Venus in Furs). Just reading the plot descriptions will entertain you for hours, plus I also enjoy the poster art.

Mike Vraney (the owner) has done an amazing job of recovering lots of old sexploitation movies.
Though many of them are awful in way that isn’t much fun unless you are a hardcore enthusiast.
I hadn’t thought of Something Weird as a possible source of female domination movies. Do you remember any titles?

Sadly, at one time I compiled a list, but like all pack-rats, I can’t find it now.
Titles I ran across today of Femdom interest:
Avenger of the 7 Seas; In Hot Blood; and the most promising, Attack of the Jungle Women. Here’s a snippet of its description: “Guardia and the others confront a hostile tribe of headhunting jungle women, are savagely tortured and sacrificed.”
These are from the sexploitation and exploitation sections. Of course, sword and sandal films often had female tormentors with muscle-men in chains as their victims.

Thanks. I’ll take time to dig through at some point. I wouldn’t be going after anything without Alexandra here to watch them with me.
I was re-watching some early 1960s sword and sandals movies early this year and the same thing struck me. Though the women normally folded at the end for love of Hercules, Maciste or whoever.
