Nazisploitation

I’ve had this Ember Library cover scan for ages waiting for some appropriate entry. Actually I’d forgotten about it. The recent brouhaha about Nazi femdom erotica makes it as timely as it ever will be.

They call it Nazisploitation.

Also the phrase “third-sex slave” caught my attention. Ordinarily I’d expect that to refer to a transgender person. But the people who assembled and published erotica back then were never mindful of nuances. And as my hero David Friedman would point out the essence of exploitation is promising you a thrill you won’t actually get.

From what I could find out it is homoerotic S&M fiction about a Jewish man in a concentration camp. Nazisploitation has been a not uncommon part of gay kink fantasies forever.

That doubtlessly repulses some. I had to get past it myself, as I did African-Americans with plantation slave fantasies and the gay men whose strongest erections come from thinking of being abused by fag bashers.

And folks do actualize these fantasies - hopefully in a risk aware way.

What else is the Other World Kingdom but an entertainment complex masquerading as a fascist state?
