I sold a couple of Pam Grier lobby cards on eBay last week.
Most likely every celebrity female in the world has been the object of some submissive man’s fantasies.
Even though I’ve long been a Pam Grier fan I’ve never pictured her as a Domina.
Kind of surprising given the roles for which she was long famous.
As Foxy Brown, Coffy and others she portrayed compassionate, smart and very tough women. Inner strength and courage, admirable qualities - I guess they are too subtle compared to the we imaging running roughshod over us.
