First time I saw a dental mouth gag my brain almost popped a gasket.
While conventional D/s gags are designed to keep you quiet this is a tool used to keep your mouth from shutting. Pretty damned dehumanizing.
Back when I was skimming the web for S&M photographs I saw these many times. But oddly never combined with the slave being used as an ashtray or garbage can. Or piss play.

hmm, indeed intriguing and am often including this kind of restrictive equipement in my fantasies. Though not by the means of a dental tool but something custom made for being sexy and nearly invisble. After all it’s a fantasy.
Never imagined it being used for ash tray, toilet or anthing like that. I just thinks it’s the restrictivness, helplessness that is intriguing and in my fantasies. A tube down the stomach for auto-feeding of sexually stimulating substances and tubes down the nose for air… mmm, I’m sick!

For me the idea of not being able to close my mouth is powerfully objectifying.
Then having my mouth used as a toilet or ashtray is an extra.
But the helplessness is the primary attraction.
