Enough of the abstractions. Let us look at a cock and ball torment that I’d never heard of called playing the helicopter.
First you take some string and wrap a man’s most sensitive body parts. Then you “pull the string downwards very quickly to unwind it.”
His balls twist and turn and he yelps and squeals while the string is coming undone and off. It’s hilarious to watch, and he always seems eager to please me when I’m done with him.
But if I do feel like playing a while longer first, I do the same to his cock. He says it feels like it’s coming off.

Actually, if you don’t wrap the cord carefully, it will tangle and jerk. You have to wrap it in a tight spiral, not overlapping the turns.

I’ve had this done and it actually looks, to me, scarier than it feels. When she’s wrapping you and then pulling, it looks like your dick’s going to fly off, but it doesn’t, of course. It hurts, but not badly. The first time I was prepared with the string from the base to the tip (thin leather), then thorughly spanked. THEN helicoptered…I’m told I screamed when she started, but calmed down when I learned it wasn’t flying off! Since then, I’ve had it two or three more times…still not fun, but not as terrifying as the first time.

I’ve experienced this a few times. It can vary in intensity depending on how hard she pulls the rope. When done slowly, it actually looks pretty funny. But when done harder, it can really make you gasp or even scream. It can be done around the cock, balls, or both at the same time. Care should be taken when the sub has piercings though.
One difference though- when it was done to me, they pulled straight out towards themselves, parallel to the floor.
