Damn, it has been over a year since I added to the list of preposterous genital tortures that I’ve found on the web.
Prompted in equal parts by Bitchy’s post on cbt and yesterday’s confession of fantasies I’ll share one of my own instead of quoting some other maniac masochist.

My experience to date has been limited to Icy Hot (with luck my first hand knowledge will expand). So this is pretty damn hypothetical.

1) I don’t believe you.
2) Actually doing what you describe would cause it the evaporate quickly. If you wanted to make the effect worse you would enclose he scrotal sac in a pouch or wrapping.
I would like to try this sort of pain anally but would try figging because I know it is usually found to be tolerable. I’ve fantasized about having capsaicin used there but am not really fool enough to try that.

Richard- For a more controllable way of exploring icyhot/bengay/etc. you could mix a little with some kind of lotion. Maybe start with roughly a 5:1 ratio of lotion to burny stuff, then increase the amount of icyhot in the mix each time you try it. But remember, the balls are usually more sensitive to this kind of play than the cock.
