I’m a self-confessed toy pervert. So many toys, not enough time.
Naturally my appetite ran ahead of my commonsense: really I’m BDSM toy glutton.
With Alexandra shortly to return my mind turns to those poor, neglected kinky devices.
The Humbler
Even though I bought Hanson Paddles larger model it is a tight fit, a struggle to put on. With no intent to add to the perviness I think my balls need a twist and maybe a little Vaseline. Or we’ll investigate enlarging the hole a tad.
Posture Bar/Collar
That knocked my mind into slave space in a flash. But I learned I can’t kneel all the way down (not everyone can handle the compression) and should probably have something cushioning on the floor.
Thumb Cuffs
Reflects my desire for edgy and challenging bondage: small but restraining. Not used at all.
Steel Handcuffs
Avoided because of fear of bruising (my leather cuffs are fur-lined). Experience has shown Alexandra’s attentive care of what she subjects me to. But not yet used.
TAZapper
An electrical toy made for the S&M market. For people not ready to risk, say, a full power cattle prod. Alexandra might’ve given it a try if I’d ever had the nerve to put the batteries in. Do I have to return my masochist’s license? A smart woman of skill and experience bought one and tried it on herself without damage. If we every use it I’ll let you know how it felt.
Electric Fly Swatter
The Better Bondage Book warns that not all of have the same level of intensity so it sits in the plastic wrapping. Of course if she zaps me with the TZapper and I snicker who knows what she’ll do.
Prickly Penis Sheath
This doesn’t hurt nearly as much as it might sound (making me really want to try a prickly testicle parachute one day). But is a bit small. Be nice to see how we might actually work it in. (Try it as a chastity device while at home?)
Nipple Clamps
Alexandra finds these aesthetically unappealing if I remember aright. I wound up with three pair including a set that vibrates. Maybe we will, maybe we won’t. (And there’s always this scenario.)
Vibrating Butt Plug
Did we get this for me? If we did I’m sure it will be humbling.
Practices
We’ve hardly had enough time to try everything. The varieties of bondage are vast. And the ways to torment a man approach the infinite.
And often the most exciting things Alexandra does are unanticipated.

I have to admit, I haven’t actually used my electric fly swatter yet (barring the initial testing on myself I do of every toy).
My pet has decided that he can “take or leave” electricity, so it’s something I will probably be using only to amuse myself…unless, of course, it turns out I love it, in which case he will probably come to like it at least a little.
I have some bamboo skewers taped together at the blunt end with electrical tape that I received as a party favor more than 10 years ago. The hostess referred to them as a “lazy top toy,” but I never bothered to try them.
I finally got around to it last month with the new pet. Wow. I shouldn’t have let them languish so long. I used them on his nipples and penis and the boy went completely bonkers. The effect is somewhat similar to the Wartenberg (one of my toys that gets the most use), but they are much less visually striking.
“The Family Jewels,” a tome on CBT, recommends using skewers in another way—using the blunt end as a very small slapping device (think the world’s tiniest cane, carefully applied). Haven’t tried it yet. I certainly will.
PS I love steel handcuffs. I have never found bruising to be a problem, though they can get somewhat uncomfortable after a time. That and the difficulty of cutting them should your spare key fail (which has never happened to me and is highly unlikely) are the only downsides to them as far as I am concerned. They sound very sexy when put on, give a solid feel to the person being restrained, and they look terrific, either on someone’s wrists or hanging off a belt. What’s not to love?

An electrified swatter is exciting but that warning that they aren’t made consistently did set me back.
Bamboo skewers, meant to get some. Thanks for reminding me. If they function as a tiny cane I’m sure Alexandra will like them (not to mention what can be done with the pointy end).
Not sure why I held back from handcuffs. Maybe someone’s warning. And - bondage slut speaking - the fur-lined leather cuffs can stay on forever and allow all sorts of unusual positions.
aspirant’s new three pound cuffs looked very interesting. Probably a bit pricey. And I think the next toy purchase will have to be one of those rose thorn canes. Just the threat of one of those is good for plenty of goose pimples.

Here’s another use for the skewers: nipple clamps! Take two skewers and rubber band them together on one end. Place the nipple between the skewers near the middle, then rubber band the other ends together. The pressure can be increased by “rolling” the rubber bands closer to the middle.
