There were talks by the Isle of Wight council to put out of control yobs and bullies (it’s rife on the island - everything gets destroyed by bored yobs from churches to bus stops) on a pink bus and drive them around the island so people can point at it and laugh.

The mothers seemed pretty disgusted with this and said it was like going down to the child’s level. I don’t know if anything came of it (this was in 2005).
