The Wrong Kind of Pain
» Miscellany
Amid the happy speculations about the indignities your body might suffer you get an important reminder from the mundane side of life.
Thursday night I must’ve scrunched or sprawled into a muscle distorting position. Monday morning the left side of my upper back still hurts so much that I can hardly work. Certainly can’t exercise.
No way to know if the muscle was stretched harshly or only mildly but for too long a time.
Not that I’m giving up my dreams of demanding or awkward bondage. But my cramped muscle is a reminder to play safely.
Besides there are devices like the posture bar that enforce proper spinal alignment.

Comments
Barefoot trampling is also good for spinal alignment.
Though if done with shoes on you can alingn something else instead. :>

Would that you were here to give me some therapeutic trampling.

sometimes, some painful reinforcement is for your own good. one of the things that come to mind is the common adolescent rite of passage that most of us go through: braces and retainers (i didn’t need braces but had to have a retainer, my sisters weren’t so lucky)! god, the trips to the orthodontist were no fun. but hey, gots to have that nice straight teeth. tis the end result of much pain and suffering.

When I was chatting with Alexandra earlier today I mentioned I was a bit worried that if the mix of ibuprofen, acetaminophen, Neurontin (not to mention a bit of rum) might make me forget to sit upright. If I dont hold myself just right it might be even worse tomorrow.

I have the same condition. Left Latisimus Dorsi (sp?) but it REALLY lays me low when it hits. It’s like getting a charley horse in your back… unlike the calf in your leg, you can’t “work it out!” It lasts for a few days…what’s the answer????? Bubby

there are indeed two types of pain…no it is not fun to stub your toe ……..no it is not fun to get a cramp….WE/we have in OUR/our contract that if Mistress toy is not in his “element” if the pain is not erotic encouraging and motivating him to further service then he is to state it …..I might add it is the DOMME’s responsibility to note facial expression body actions as well…to change focus direction and tempo …I always figure WE/we can try it again in a few hours to see if WE/we can increase toys limitations!!!!
