BDSM Voluntary Slavery Contracts
» Reference
Despite talk of total, unconditional voluntary slavery there’s a fair amount to be said for some people creating a written contract.
The contract’s value depends on the two people signing the document. The woman who kindly gave me my first taste of F/m had a contract with a guy; he was her husband. That didn’t stop him from cheating on her and giving her herpes.
The worth of a written agreement is that the document can be referred to if there’s confusion as to what has or has not been agreed to. And it can be amended if need be.
A first contract probably shouldn’t be in effect for thirty days. Then the couple can refine the terms before signing a longer agreement.
Regardless of what you will see on a few sites a voluntary slave contract isn’t legally binding. Clarity and pleasure in ceremony is it’s only value.

The most commonly seen D/s contracts:
This contract provides a framework for consentual SMBD play. By defining the boundaries of what is and is not to be included in the couples sex play, overall satisfaction of both partners will be increased. Additional provisions under this contract may be added in the Contract Addendum. Two additional forms are used in conjunction with this contract: The Rules, and The List as described below.

The preface is quite wrong-headed but it is another variation:
This contract is provided as a secure and binding agreement which defines in specific terms the relationship and interaction between two individuals, hereafter termed the slave and the master (both terms are intended to be independant of sex). This agreement is legal and binding. This agreement must be entered voluntarily, but cannot be broken except under the conditions stated herein, after which certain precautions shall be taken to protect those involved.

Being from The Doghouse this contract is very strong: Voluntary Servitude Contract
Somewhat fanciful single day contracts that you can buy personalized version of (viewable samples): Slave Contract Offer a Unique Birthday Gift to your Better Half!
You put in the details and this site generates a contract appropriate to your situation: Submission Contract.
An unusual contract designed to be video taped: Induction Interview
The benefit of a contract is to diminish ambiguity and enhance psychodrama. How it might affect a relationship depends on the participants.
Have any of you used one of these? Would you like to?

I found a contract to be very useful in breaking down my submissive husband.Whenever he failed to obey the terms of our contract which he voluntarily signed I use this over and over asking why he had signed it etc., until he gave in each time and confessed that he should be punished. Then each time changed the contract making it more strict narrow for him, until he capitulated accepting everthing that I desired of him. He is almost a perfect sissy male wife,

I to, found a contract very useful to cause my male wife to capitulate to me.I challenged him to be my wife after he confessed to me he desired to be dominated. I thought why not. If I could program him slowly I could have the domestic servant I needed very badly. That was 10 years ago. I now have the “wife” that a professional woman needs. He is not my slave. He is treated like a wonderful wife. I am pleased to learn that there more professional women following my example
