The Compleat Spanker is clearly a very fine introductory text for people who've wanted to try spanking. While novices we're already a bit past the issues discussed in the book. Still a very good book for beginners.
Joseph Bean's Flogging is a remarkably fine book. His appreciation and clear communication of the nuances and details of both the emotional states and techniques of whipping and being whipped are exemplary. No wonder it is described as a must have book even for experienced sadists. Worth reading at least twice and keeping readily at hand.
