Here’s a cruel fantasy that I don’t think I’ve shared.

Can’t remember if I saw the like in a drawing or story. I’m chary of awarding my on imagination credit for much originality.

Imagine a triangular piece of wood. Nails have been driven through it. Either they were just the right length or clipped. Just enough metal protrudes to scratch (carefully staying away from really dangerous constructs).

The device hangs from a genital leash. A careless move or walking at all and the surface of your inner thigh is scraped.

My fantasy had almost infinite variations. Instead of triangular it might’ve been a dowel or a 2x4. Length might vary from a couple of inches to so long that the only safe choice would be to stay on your knees. But you dare not lie down either. Would make for an interesting few hours.
